My parish church in Vancouver has an Eucharistic Adoration Chapel and I belong to the Chapel Committee.  I am planning to get the permission of our Pastor to place these books in the book rack at the entrance to the Chapel - which also contains books on the Holy Eucharist, the lives of Sanits - in short, good books for spiritual growth and guidance.  I will keep you informed about the books from Seeds of Hope after our next Committee Meeting.

Re: Seven Deadly Sins Booklet

It was my pleasure to receive this booklet from Fr. Paul after Mass last Sunday and had the pleasure of meeting his folks.

Fr. Paul is a floating priest and we had the pleasure of his serving Mass at Our St. Thomas Church a few times.

His sermons were about the Seven Deadly Sins.  He did a fabulous job and on his last day gave us a copy to read at home.

After reading the whold booklet I felt it was quite an eye opener!  Wow!!  It opened my heart and soul.

I am enclosing a small donation as I wish many more people would read it!

This book is awesome.  Everyone should read it.  Could I send some out for you?

Neil, here are some more comments from Mary Ann.  

I had given Don and Father Mike and Diane a book before I left.  I haven’t heard from Don yet, but Father Mike feels it is better than Mother Nadine’s Bathe 7 Times book on the 7 Deadly Sins.  

 

Diane felt she needed to take the whole book to Confession and just hand it to the priest as her Confession of sins.  I reviewed the Chapter on pride for my Confession.  It is quite a powerful book!  I know it will be life changing for me.  Father Mike and I chatted about this book on our way to Diane’s.  We could see why some people would be upset.  it is quite blunt.  I love that – no sweet talk but tell it like it is.

 

We would love to have 70 more if we could.  We want to give them to all the workers and volunteers here.

I picked up your Sacrament of Mercy book in an Adoration chapel at a local Parish. It was very good and extremely helpful to me.  I am a convert (3 yrs. on June 13) and find that a lot of Catholic materials are vague on these issues.  You really speak to the heart and the reality of the importance of living a holy life.  I would like to receive some of your materials.  I would like to receive 3 each of your books available, if possible.  I will share them with others.  These will also be good teaching tools for my homeschool.
